Attention, Behaviour, and Compassion Lab
We are a research lab at Saint Paul University with the goal of improving the well-being of children and adults with challenges with attention and behaviour. Much of our research concerns Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). We strive to study the strengths and challenges of ADHD to empower individuals with ADHD and their communities. We also aim to understand how to nurture the whole and authentic self through trauma-informed self-compassion.
If you would like to hear about current or future studies in the lab, please contact us here.
